Depending on what you have ordered the item will either ship directly from our headquarters in Chicago OR potentially will ship directly from one of the warehouses of our partner brands. If you are located in Chicago and the product is available in store, you should receive the item the following day since we are LOCAL and so close to you! If an item is in stock and shipping from a factory partner, it usually will take 5-7 days to receive the product. If an item is out of stock with one of our brand partners, then we’ll have to verify the availability date with them. We try to present product that is in stock to avoid backorders or delays.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. Return will be given back in the same form of payment that was accepted. Return without receipt will constitute as exchange only in store at current time. Clearance items are final sales and may be exchanged only. All returns are subject to refusal with management discretion. Returns are only accepted within 21 days of purchase date. If an item is damaged, we will provide you with a Free UPS Return shipping Return Label. Return will be given back in the same form of payment that was accepted.
